Our return policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Goods sold are non-returnable, neither exchangeable nor refundable unless goods are damage or faulty due to manufacturer faulty, and/or incorrect goods delivery by us. We reserved our rights to reject any goods return, exchange, refund or any unfair conditions demanded by customer.
Products can be arranged for return & request for refund/ exchange for the following reasons:
- If the product is obviously expired/damaged up at time of delivery.
- If the product is expired/damaged inside packing after delivery; and you need to contact our customer service within 3 days.
- If the product order is different from the item delivery.
We will inspect the returned product upon return by you. If one or more the conditions above is fulfilled you are entitled to an exchange of the product with similar value, if the product is available in our stock; or a refund. Delivery fees, if any, won’t be refunded.
Return step-by-step guide:

- Pack your items with valid receipt and/or order ID or any proof of purchase.
- Send your parcel (preferably using a traceable mode of delivery) to our store at:

- The return courier service charges will be beared by customer.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/ exchange request.

Once your exchange request is approved, we will get back to you as soon as possible and assist you with an exchange. You will be entitled to exchange of the same product or product with similar value, if the product is available in our stock. If the product is no longer in-stock, a refund will be issued.

Once your refund request is approved, the Refund amount will be credited into your credit card account or bank account depending on the period of time your financial institution required to arrange for the refund.
