Payment Issues

All product prices listed are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

Full payment in respect of an order must be upon the placing of the order. If your payment cannot be processed, the order will be not be accepted and you are advised to contact your card issuer to resolve any problems concerning the use of your credit card in order to continue with the order.

We reserve the right to change the payment terms for any order with and/or without prior notice.

We accept payment of Visa, Master Card and online transfer. We shall not be liable any credit card fraud. Please note that we do not receive cash on delivery.

There’re a few possible reasons why your payment was unsuccessful:

  1. Your connection may have dropped during checkout.
  2. Your card may have been rejected.

To ensure a smooth checkout experience is making sure your Internet connection is stable and strong before proceeding to pay!
